Sixth-grader Evelina Kudrik, daughter of Rusian and Tamara Kudrik, was reported a great student by East Jessamine Middle School. The school reports she always comes to class prepared, participates in activities, completes all her class work and is always on task. She is always polite, friendly and respectful to others. She is truly a model student.

Her interests and aspirations include loving to draw and wanting to be an artist when she grows up.

Seventh-grader Lidiya Grishchuk, daughter of Viktor and Tatyana Grishchuk was reported as kind student who in every situation shows respect to students and teachers at East Jessamine Middle School. The school reports she works diligently in all of her classes and is excited to learn. If she does not understand an assignment, she is the first to ask for help because she has a high value on her education. She is a role model for all students and an absolute joy to have in class. Her activities and involvements include the Ukrainian church and playing volleyball. Her interests and aspirations include wanting to go to college to become a veterinarian.

Eighth-grader Madison Cassity, daughter of Tabatha and William Cassity, was reported an exemplary student in academics, work ethic and peer relationships by East Jessamine Middle School. The school reports she regularly goes above and beyond what is asked of her and generally makes our school a better place. Her activities and involvements include Junior Beta Club, Academic Team, Track, Accel ELA and science and advanced algebra. Her interests and aspirations include wanting to go to college and get a good-paying job.

Von Neff was recently voted staff member of the month for East Jessamine Middle School. The school reports Neff is always working hard to make attendance and enrollment correct. She goes home and works at night and over the summer. She does a, somewhat, thankless job – but perseveres to make sure records are acurate. She is kind to students and staff alike and always has a smile.
