The Jessamine County Fair took place July 8 through July 14 and featured events such as a demolition derby, animal rides, petting zoo, pageants and amusement park rides from James Gang Amusements in Andalusia, Alabama.

Contests at this year’s fair included a greased pig contest, backseat driving contest, kiddie tractor pull, laser tag, tractor driving contest and a dunking booth.
