Nicholasville man arrested for wanton endangerment
Albert Holcomb, 53, of 221 Cannonball Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested June 1 for first-degree wanton endangerment and resisting arrest, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Holcomb was in a verbal dispute at Al’s Auto Repair, where he pulled a pistol and pointed it at or around the subject he was arguing with.
Holcomb was restrained and admitted to pulling out the pistol from his pocket during the verbal dispute, according to the citation.
Holcomb allegedly told officers he pointed the pistol more towards the air. While being arrested, Holcomb refused to turn around.
Holcomb also resisted arrest by clinching his wrists with both hands and locking his arms and muscles.
Nicholasville man arrested for DUI
Ronald Dandrea, 43, of 112 Queensway Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 27 for first-offense driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident with failure to render aid or assistance, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Dandrea was seen driving on South Central Avenue when he allegedly hit a stop sign and left the area. He was then seen driving down East Brown Street, where he allegedly hit a mailbox and the air bags deployed causing his vehicle to become disabled.
Officers found Dandrea sitting outside his vehicle and described him as “manifestly under the influence of alcohol.” Dandrea allegedly told officers he had been drinking all afternoon, and said he had too much to drink and drive.
Lexington man arrested on methamphetamine charges
Jimmy Grimm, 35, of 101 General Delivery in Lexington, was arrested May 30 for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to 207 S. First St. in reference to a male who would not leave the porch and was calling himself the “black knight.” Officers made contact with Grimm, who they allegedly had dealt with earlier in the day as well. Grimm allegedly told officers he was homeless and was asking for water, according to the citation.
Grimm also told officers he was the “black knight” and his doctor gave him a new brain. He said he wanted to go to the hospital.
While patting down Grimm so that he could get into the ambulance, officers found a small bag of methamphetamine inside Grimm’s right pant pocket. Several times while speaking with Grimm he allegedly told officers he was joking about being the “black knight” because he was bored.
Nicholasville woman arrested for DUI
Kimberly K. Knasel, 55, of 507 Peachtree Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 29 for failure or improper signal and first-offense DUI, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers received a call about Knasel operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Officers were told the vehicle turned left on Strawberry Lane, where officers also observed the vehicle turn left on Peachtree without proper signal. Knasel was described as having slurred speech and red glassy eyes. Upon exiting the vehicle, she was unsteady on her feet and allegedly used the car for balance. Knasel admitted to being intoxicated, and allegedly told officers she was too drunk to drive.
Nicholasville woman arrested for assault
Gabriela Mondragon, 30, of 438 Miles Road in Nicholasville, was arrested May 30 for second-degree assault and a first- and second-offense alcohol intoxication in a public place, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers responded to a neighborhood complaint and while on scene were advised there was a fight taking place around the corner. Officers observed two females around the corner separated on the grass near the sidewalk, according to the citation.
While attempting to find out what happened, Mondragon would not stop yelling and continued stating nothing happened.
The other female present advised officers Mondragon allegedly hit her over the head with a glass bottle and punched her. The victim allegedly had a busted lip from the altercation. Mondragon was described as very intoxicated and would not follow simple commands.

— Jeffrey M. Webb, 27, of 126 1/2 Cottage St. in Nicholasville, was arrested May 25 for second-degree burglary.
— Daniel Hippie, 27, of 265 Grinter Court in Nicholasville, was arrested May 25 for second-degree burglary.
— Jacob Sams, 27, of 241 Rebel Road Apt. 3 in Nicholasville, was arrested May 29 for violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order.
— Douglas L. Garrett, 31, of 125 E. Brown St. in Nicholasville, was arrested May 29 for fourth-degree assault.
— Austin Cole Reed, 19, of 7465 KY 1859 in Liberty, was arrested May 29 for failure to appear.
— Dakota Donavon Nicholason, 27, of 270 Edgewood Drive Apt. 30 in Nicholasville, was arrested May 29 for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
— Marcus Anthony Haynes, 24, of 314 Garden Park Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 29 for a first- and second-offense alcohol intoxication in a public place.
— Kimberly Walker, 56, of 204 Mallory Meadow in Nicholasville, was arrested May 29 for failure to appear.
— David Murray, 53, of 112 Angula Trail in Nicholasville, was arrested May 29 for contempt.
— Robert Williams, 29, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested May 29 for failure to pay.
— David Wilson, 37, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested May 29 for receiving stolen property $10,000 or more and first-degree domestic violence order.
— Elizabeth Baugh, 34, of 102 Leedean Circle in Nicholasville, was arrested May 29 for welfare fraud.
— Adam Russell, 34, of 169 N. Limestone St. in Lexington, was arrested May 29 for an out-of-county warrant.
— Marvil Spencer Jr., 46, of 106 Etter Drive Apt. B in Nicholasville, was arrested May 30 for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
— Larry Hall, 45, of 425 Handy’s Bend Road in Wilmore, was arrested May 30 for receiving stolen property under $500, non-payment of court fees, no registration plates, display of illegal altered registration plate, theft of identity of another without consent and failure to maintain required insurance.
— Douglas Vinton Hayes, 40, of 9150 Hickory Hill Road in Lexington, was arrested May 30 for violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order and resisting arrest.

— Robert Brad Pullman, 40, of 251 Chippendale Circle Apt. 1133 in Lexington, was arrested June 2 for flagrant non-support.
— April Hafley, 37, of 204 Pinegrove Circle in Nicholasville, was arrested June 2 for failure to appear and non-payment of court fees.
— Randy L. Hafley, 52, of 1011 Logana Road in Nicholasville, was arrested June 2 for non-payment of court fines.
— Ricky Walling, 52, of 110 Garden Park Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested June 3 for theft by unlawful taking under $500.
— Nathan Allen Thomas, 33, of 1045 Pinoak Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested June 4 for fourth-degree assault.
