Nicholasville man arrested on methamphetamine charges

A Nicholasville man was arrested on Jan. 20 for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine), according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Logan Chase Cross, 18, of 304 Williamsburg Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on a Jessamine County Bench Warrant when search results presented a gum wrapper in his front left pant pocket. Inside the folded gum wrapper, officers allegedly found a white crystal substance which Cross said was methamphetamine, according to the citation.
Also allegedly located in Cross’ pants pocket was a syringe with a clear liquid substance, according to the citation.
