The following are arrest reports released from the Nicholasville Police Department and the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office:

— Julie Ann Cruz, 45, of 509 South Second Street in Nicholasville, was arrested on Dec. 27 for failure to appear

— Paul Hatfield, 40, of 504 Laurel Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested on Dec. 27 for violation of conditions of release and non-payment of fines.

— Devin Allen Green, 25, of 305 Lake Street #20 in Nicholasville, was arrested on Dec. 27 for failure to appear.

— Sharon M. Lay, 50, of 795 Handys Bend Road in Nicholasville, was arrested on Dec. 27 for theft by unlawful taking or distribution shoplifting under $500 and a first offense possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine).

— Joseph Parker, 39, of 109 Malta Court in Nicholasville, was arrested on Dec. 28 for non-payment of fines.

— Triston Nathanial Gray Phipps, 21, of 528 Miles Road in Nicholasville, was arrested on Dec. 28 for non-payment of fines.

— Charles E. Duh, 27, of 1790 Beaumont Road in Nicholasville, was arrested on Dec. 29 for failure to appear and contempt of court  libel/slander and resistance to order.

— William Barry McFadden, 41, of 922 Delware Avenue in Lexington, was arrested on Dec. 31 for receiving stolen property under $10,000, non-payment of fines, failure to appear, first offense possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine) and promoting contraband in the first degree.

— Travis Dailey, 33, address unknown, was arrested on Dec. 31 for failure to appear.

— Kelly Roberts, 33, of 256 Sutton Lane in Lancaster, was arrested on Dec. 31 for failure to appear.

— David Cole, 41, of 514 Alta Avenue in Nicholasville, was arrested on Jan. 1 for failure to appear and bail jumping in the first degree.

— Austin C. Brasfield, 26, of 325 North Maple Street in Somerset, was arrested on Jan. 1 for a first and second offense alcohol intoxication in a public place.
