The Jessamine County Grand Jury convened on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, and returned the following results in open court on Wednesday, June 7, 2017.
• The complaining witness in the case against John Poston presented evidence to the Grand Jury and it was passed for further investigation.
• Billy Baker – Failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registration.
• Christopher Denny – Two counts of theft of a motor vehicle registration plate, possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property under $500.
• Sabrina Denny and Shannon Penman – Receiving stolen property over $500, first-degree PFO (Penman).
• Marshall Gabbard – Possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Andrew Harper – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence, two counts of second-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree fleeing or evading the police, third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Joshua Masters – Receiving stolen property at a value of $500 or more, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Josiah Moore – First-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Billy Reynolds – Failure to comply with Sex Offender Registration.
• Harold Thomas – Assault of a family member or member of an unmarried couple.
• Justin Watts – Driving under the influence, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence.
• Triva Willis – First-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband.
• Anthony D. Ashley – First-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Joseph Barnes – First-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Gunner Graham – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating on a suspended/revoked license, first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Penny Faye Jackson – Second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
• Kenny Johnson – Three counts of theft by failure to make required disposition, $500 or more.
• Randy Benjamin Metcalf – Fourth offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
• Scott Leroy Nieves – Fourth offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
• Nathan S. Yost – First-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree promoting contraband.
• Nathan S. Yost – Three counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband.
• Eric Enderle – Fourth-degree assault, remand to district.
• Michael Bentley – More than 60 days has elapsed since the case was referred to the grand jury. Pursuant to RCr 5.22, the defendant should be discharged from custody and money or bonds deposited should be refunded.
• Michelle Bruner – This case was not presented and should be rescheduled for the June 21 docket.
• Joshua Masters – This case was not presented and should be rescheduled for the June 21 docket.
