• Richard Caudill, 44, of 154 Bonnie Bray Drive in Lexington was arrested on April 11, 2017 and charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• Mallory June Holden, 28, of 320 Delmar Avenue in Saint Bernard, OH was arrested on April 11, 2017 and charged with speeding 09 mph over the limit, possession of a controlled substance first-degree and first offense (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance second-degree (drug unspecified) and drug paraphernalia buy/possess.

• Tyler Masters, 22, of 155 Grinder Court in Nicholasville was arrested on April 11, 2017 and charged with non-payment of fines.

• Joshua William Trainer, 21, of 5102 Sugar Creek Pike in Nicholasville was arrested on April 18, 2017 and charged with failure to appear.

• Clayton Hensley, 47, address unknown, was arrested on April 11, 2017 and charged with disorderly conduct second degree, alcohol intoxication in a public place (first and second offense), assault in the third-degree on a police officer or probation officer and resisting arrest.

• Jason L. Webb, 39, of 103 Southview Drive Apt. 3, Nicholasville, was arrested on April 12, 2017 and charged with assault in the fourth degree (domestic violence) minor injury and failure to appear.

• Thomas L. Prather, 43, of 509 Miles Road #B in Nicholasville was arrested on April 12, 2017 and charged with non-payment of fines.

•Christin R. Hubbard, 36, address unknown, was arrested on April 13, 2017 and charged with burglary in the second degree, receiving stolen property under $500, tampering with physical evidence, promoting contraband in the first degree, contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order and non-payment of fines.

• Aaron Creech, 34, of 113 Orange Blossom Drive in Nicholasville was arrested on April 10, 2017 and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument first second degree, theft by deception including cold checks under $10,000, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting $500 or more but under $10,000, persistent felony offender and failure to appear.

• Joseph Smith, 43, of Nicholasville, was arrested on April 10, 2017 and charged with burglary in the third degree.

• Patrick A. Dean, 37, of 339 Bourbon Street in Georgetown was arrested on April 11, 2017 and charged with failure to pay and failure to appear.

• David Warner, 42, of Nicholasville was arrested on April 11, 2017 and charged with failure to appear.

• Aaron Creech, 34, in the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on April 12, 2017 and charged with four counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others under $500.

• Jason Tipton, 39, in the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested for burglary in the first degree, two counts of theft by unlawful taking of disposition firearms, theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others $500 or more but under $10,000 and persistent felony offender.

• Derek Kirk, 28, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on April 12, 2017 and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.

• Sandra Toomy, 43, in the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on April 12, 2017 and charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree, second offense (heroin).

• Jason Parker Jr., 30, of 109 North Central Avenue in Nicholasville was arrested on April 13, 2017 and charged with failure to appear.
