The Nicholasville Police Department

• Modesto R. Hernandes, 24, 500 Beauford Place, was arrested Feb. 11 on N Main Street at CVS and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc and possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. 

• Trent Davis, 24, 1301 West Lane, was arrested Feb. 11 at Kroger, S Main Street, and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500. 

• Lisa K. Shorpshire, 53, 1241 Hinton – Sadieville Road, Sadieville, was arrested Feb. 11 at 307 S Main St. and charged with fourth-degree assault. 

• Shannon D. Johnson, 33, 307 S Main St., was arrested Feb. 11 at the home addressed charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

• Patrick A. Dean, 36, address unknown, was arrested Feb. 10 at Bradley Drive and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. 

• Cody Eschrich, 22, 103 Fox Run Drive, was arrested Feb. 11 at Lexington Road and charged with public intoxication or a controlled substance, excluding alcohol. 

• Matthew W. Elks, 37, 3509 Ramsgate Court, Lexington, was arrested Feb. 11 at 1024 N Main St. and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.  

• Susie C. Bray, 28, 2618 Longleaf Place, Lexington, was arrested Feb. 11 at the home address and charged with fourth-degree assault. 

• Terra R. Tuggle, 28, 1181 Landsdown, Lexington, was arrested Feb. 11 at 3120 Lexington Road and charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., leaving the scene of an accident and second-degree fleeing or evading the police on foot. 

• Carol B. McIntyre, 50, 417 Kevin Drive, was arrested Feb. 12 at Lexington Road at Howard and charged with operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

• Tamara R. Barrett, 44, 2800 Alumni Drive, Lexington, was arrested Feb. 12 at N Main Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. 

• Scott L. Taylor, 52, 668 N Homestead Lane, Lancaster, was arrested Feb. 12 at Nicholasville Bypass and charged with speeding 26 miles per hour or over and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. 

• Tyler L. Masters, 22, 155 Grinder Court, was arrested Feb. 8 at 300 N Main St. and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500. 

• Benjamin E. Gruver, 22, 606 Tennet Drive, was arrested Feb. 8 at East Brannon Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.  

• David W. Browning, 48, 316 Edgewood Drive, was arrested Feb. 7 at Keene Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place third offense or more in 12 months. 

• Clayton Hensley, 47, unknown address, was arrested Feb. 6 at 202 S Main St. and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place third offense or more in 12 months and third-degree criminal trespassing.  

The Nicholasville Police Department served 10 warrants. 

The Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office

• Pamela A. Baker, 37, 1100 Glasses Mill Road, was arrested Feb. 7 at the home address and charged with fourth-degree assault.  

• Amy Marie Rankin, 37, 111 Haselden, Lancaster, was arrested Feb. 9 at Copper River and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. 

The Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office served 10 warrants.
