Burrell David Dinkins, 91, widower of Phyllis Amelia Dinkins, Wilmore, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025. He was born in Madison County, Florida, on April 30, 1933. A memorial service for Burrell will be held on Saturday, February 8th at 3:00 pm at Wesley Village Retirement Community in Wilmore, Kentucky. Arrangements are being cared for by Betts & West Funeral Home.
