Compiled by Gillian Stawiszynski. The following arrests were reported by the Nicholasville Police Department between November 13 – November 18. They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.    

November 13

  • Amanda L Dick – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition Shoplifting.
  • Randy K Hills – Violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order (EPO)/ Domestic Violence Order (DVO).

November 14

  • Ian P Jackson – Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.
  • Crystal-Lynn Canovan – Disregard fail to yield right of way, and driving on a DUI suspended license 1st offense.

November 15

  • Kimberly A Gibson – Possession of controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (methamphetamine).
  • Troy Jones – Criminal possession of forged identification instrument 2nd-degree. 

November 16 

  • Cherish Eve Dennie – Theft by unlawful taking or disp. shoplifting for $53.92, disregarding stop sign, and operating on a suspended or revoked operating license. 
  • Anna B Stiltner – Public intoxication of controlled substances (excludes alcohol).

November 17

  • Gonzalo Enrique Gonzalez Polanco – Possession of controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (cocaine), promoting contraband 1st-degree, and disorderly conduct 2nd-degree. 
  • Jonathan Lewis Williams – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting for $2.28. 
  • Ward C Hightower – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting for $56.61. 

November 18

  • Joshua Daniel Stone – Assault 2nd-degree. 
  • Christopher Lee Forker – Leaving scene of accident – failure to render aid or assistance, failure of owner/operator to maintain required insurance 1st-offense, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.
