, of Versailles, KY passed away on Monday, August 28, 2023. He was born May 8, 1950 in Fleming County, Kentucky to the late Willie H. and Geneva Jolly Foster.

Bill was an avid horseman and farrier for over 40 years. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and Kentucky Army National Guard.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters Jo Rankin and Martha Spangler, and his granddaughter Lily Ann Foster.

Billy will be lovingly remembered by his wife Cindy, his children Billy (Rosemary) Foster, Nicholasville, KY, Stephanie (Jason) Terry, Nicholasville, KY, grandchildren Cody Foster, Joely (Corey) Jacobs, Abby Foster, Gracie Foster, Sammy Foster, Tyler Terry, and Kyle Terry, great grandchildren Marquita and Amelia Jacobs, brothers Johnny, David, and Perry Foster, and sisters Kathy Walton, Margie Fryman, and Sandy Hamiliton.

A military service will be held at Camp Nelson Cemetery on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. Following the funeral, a Celebration of Life tribute to honor Billy will be held at Nicholasville Town Center, 101 South Main Street Nicholasville, KY from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00p.m.
