Monday, Aug. 21
• Amy Messer was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Orchard Drive for five charges, including possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st-offense (heroin), possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st-offense (fentanyl), tampering with physical evidence, failure to appear in court and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• David E. Cole was arrested at 10:31 a.m. on Orchard Drive for two charges, including failure to appear in court and contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.
• Donald A. West was arrested at 10:39 a.m. on S Main Street for failure to appear in court.
Wednesday, Aug. 23
• Rogelio T. Roblero was arrested at 9:06 p.m. on Lexington Road for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
• Valeria J. Medina-Ramirez was arrested at 10:43 p.m. on N Main Street for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Thursday, Aug. 24
• Justin J. Peel was arrested at 7:48 p.m. at Magic Vapor Shop on East Brannon Road for failure to appear in court.
• Randall James Bills Jr. was arrested at 8:44 p.m. on Lexington Road for two charges, including theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting and non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Friday, Aug. 25
• Lincoln C. Piper was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on North Main Street for three charges, including operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle without ignition interlock device and possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives).
• Bradley Alan Diehl was arrested at 4:37 p.m. at Forrest Elliott Drive for alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st-and-2nd offense).
• Brittany Dowell was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on North Main Street for burglary 3rd-degree.
Saturday, Aug. 26
• Victoria R. Lovejoy was arrested at 9:35 a.m. on the Nicholasville Bypass for failure to appear in court.
Monday, Aug. 28
• Shanda L. Mclean was arrested at 2:23 a.m. at Five Star for public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
• Michael King was arrested at 2:27 a.m. at Lincoln Heights for two charges, including wanton endangerment 1st-degree and theft by unlawful taking ($1,000<$10,000).
