Janice Faye (Hager) Hammond, 82, of Port St. Lucie, FL, formerly of Nicholasville, KY, passed away May 29, 2023 at St. Lucie Hospital.
Born January 10, 1941, in Nicholasville, KY to the late Clayton and Thelma (Harvey) Hager.
She is survived by her three children, Tammy Murphy, Port St. Lucie, FL, Tony (Rita) Hammond, Nicholasville, KY and Cindy Lawson, Versailles, KY; three grandchildren, Erica (Derek) Hurd, Port St. Lucie, FL, Jaimie (Matt) Mesorana, Port St. Lucie, FL and Jessica Hammond, Nicholasville, KY; four great grandchildren, Ayden, Gavin, Shiloh and Theo, and brother, Greg (Teresa) Hager, Versailles, KY.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Charlie Hager, and son-in-law, Shelby Lawson, Jr.
She retired from Sargent and Greenleaf in Nicholasville, KY after 30 years.
Private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
