Nicholasville Police Department 

•Norma J. Draime, 44, 106 Ash Dr., was arrested Nov. 18 at Robert Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. 

•Jesse C. Reece, 27, 4350 Spears Road, Lexington, was arrested Nov. 21 at 1034 N Main St. and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

•Mindy N. Howard, 31, 3030 Lexington Road, was arrested Nov. 20 at 39 Francis Way and charged with fourth-degree assault. 

•Joey V. Reed, 36, 465 Kesterson Road, was arrested Nov. 19 at Kohls and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.

•Arlie Harper, 31, 2480 Highbridge Road, was arrested Nov. 18 at Dollar General and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.

•Fernando C. Juarez, 28, Nicholasville, was arrested Nov. 20 at Kohls and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc, no operators/moped license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and leaving the scene of an accident and failure to render aid or assistance. 

•Quincy Richard, 25, 120 Jessamine Ave., was arrested Nov. 17 at Corman Road and charged with second-degree burglary, resisting arrest, menacing and first-degree fleeing or evading police.

•Anthony W. Buchanan, 34, 1004 Old Wood Court, Lexington, was arrested Nov. 17 at North Main Street and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

•Glen C. Robinson, 28, 7306 Erskine St., Richmond, VA, was arrested Nov. 17 at 510 N Main St., and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, possession of a forgery device and false making or embossing of credit card. 

•Mark R. Burgan, 53, 314 West Chestnut St., was arrested Nov. 17 at 202 S Main St., and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. 

•Clifton A. Yates Bryant, 23, 110 Stratton Ave., was arrested Nov. 16 at Keene Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. and possession of synthetic drugs. 

•Tiffany Powers, 32, 233 Clifton Road, Versailles, was arrested Nov. 15 at 510 N Main Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

•Romeo J. Williams, 33, 308 E Maple St., was arrested Nov. 14 at North Keene Way Drive, and charged with no registration plates, operating on a suspended or revoked license and failure to maintain required insurance. 

The Nicholasville Police Department served 18 warrants. 

Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office 

•Belinda M. Solmons, 53, 545 Southridge Drive, Lexington, was arrested Nov. 17 at the Jessamine County Detention Center and charged with contempt of court. 

•Bobby Burton, 38, 3622 11th Ave., Gulfport, MS, was arrested Nov. 17 at The Jessamine County Detention Center and charged with flagrant nonsupport. 

•Roger Bowlin, 27, 8601 Tates Creek Road, was arrested Nov. 19 at the home address and charged with fourth-degree assault. 

The Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office served 26 warrants.
