Annette Jeter Rigrish, 89, of Nicholasville, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2021, at Bridgepointe at Ashgrove Woods, Nicholasville, KY.She is survived by three daughters, Rosanne Barkley (Steve), Savannah, GA; Ellen Burrell (Carl) Savannah, GA, Libby Kinstle (Rob), Ashburn, VA; one son, Robert Rigrish (Kelly), Atlanta, GA. Grandchildren, Joe Barkley (Carly) Chicago, IL, Chris Barkley, Chicago, IL, Elizabeth Burrell, Atlanta, GA, William Burrell, Atlanta, GA, Betsy Kinstle, Richmond, VA, Robby Kinstle, Ashburn, VA and Sarah Jane Kinstle, Ashburn, VA and her faithful caregiver April Fletcher, Wilmore, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband LTC Ernest E. Rigrish of Portsmouth, OH, her parents Robert D. and Genevieve Rice Jeter of Nicholasville, KY and sister Jane C. Jeter of Nicholasville, KY. Born in Campbellsville, KY on June 19, 1932, Annette graduated from Wilmore High School and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Eastern Kentucky University. She was an Army wife and while raising her children she did volunteer work. Later she was a substitute teacher for the Madison County schools and then a social worker in Fayette County for the Cabinet for Families and Children. A family graveside service will take place this fall in Campbellsville, Kentucky.
