— Vernon Gill, 60, of Catnip Hill Road, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 16 with no brake lights, driving under the influence (third offense) and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.
— Jeffery W. Puckett, 36, of Locust Heights Drive, Nicholasville, was served an indictment warrant Sept. 16 for theft by unlawful taking and first-degree persistent felony offender.
— Janet Yagmur Bruun, 36, of Cornell Way, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 16 with fourth-degree assault.
— Samuel Dewayne Brinegar, 29, of Lexington, was charged Sept. 17 with failure to wear seat belt, trafficking in marijuana and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts).
— Devin Dwan Taylor, 23, of Harlan Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 17 with driving under the influence, reckless driving, failure to maintain insurance and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.
— Zachary Ryan Dailey, 28, of Lexington, was charged Sept. 17 with speeding, first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment, driving under the influence, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, failure to maintain insurance, possession of firearm by a convicted felon and reckless driving.
— Anthony Abney, 28, of High Street, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Sept. 17 for first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Anthony Ryder Hurt, 34, of Ford Lane, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Sept. 17 for violation of conditions of release.
— David L. Warner, 45, of Phillips Lane, Nicholasville, was served an indictment warrant Sept. 18 for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts).
