— Cody White, 28, of 118 Hinkle, Wilmore, was charged Aug. 25 with public intoxication and first-degree promoting contraband.

— Kenneth W. McAskill, 42, of 1620 Phillips Road, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 25 with alcohol intoxication and fourth-degree assault.

— Brandon Morris,, 32, of Campbellsville, was charged Aug. 25 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and theft by unlawful taking.

— Linville Lanigan, 44, of 805 Hickory Hill Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 25 with failure to appear (two counts), violation of an EPO/DVO and theft by unlawful taking.

— Davon Forte, 24, of 118 Cypress St., Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 26 with first-degree strangulation, trafficking in marijuana and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

— Morgan Taylor Elizabeth Johnson, 25, of Danville, was charged Aug. 25 with driving under the influence (second offense).

— Jeffrey L. McLean, 36, of 207 Laurel Lane, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 26 with theft by unlawful taking (auto), first-degree fleeing or evading police and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Kevin Ray Hayes, 42, of Lancaster, was charged Aug. 30 with driving under the influence.

— Kenneth Hatter, 43, of 2020 Hickory Hills, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 28 with driving under the influence.

— Mark Burgan, 56, of 314 W. Chestnut St., Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 29 with public intoxication and possession of marijuana.

— Joseph Owens, 35, of 109 Pleasant Grove, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 29 with third-degree criminal mischief (two counts) and shooting an air or spring gun.

— Anthony Current, 40, of 2005 Hickory Hill Drive, Nicholasville, was served warrants Tuesday for violation of an EPO/DVO and probation violation.

— Steven R. Sutherland, 37, of Versailles, was charged Monday with driving under the influence (third offense) and driving on a suspended operator’s license.

— Linville Lanigan, 42, of 805 Hickory Hill Drive, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Monday for violation of an EPO/DVO.
