Man indicted for home burglary

A Lancaster man was indicted for allegedly breaking into a home, and remaining inside when the owner returned.
Jesse Noe, 40, was indicted for a single count of second-degree burglary.
Nicholasville Police officers were called to a home at 405 Wichita Drive at 11:53 a.m. Jan. 29 when the homeowner returned and found someone standing inside the residence. Police said they also found an open window.
The suspect fled before officers arrived.
A short time later, officers located a person matching the homeowner’s description at Bellechase and Nottaway Drive. Officers recovered several rings and a watch from the suspect, which belonged to the homeowner. Officers also recovered a knife and a screwdriver.
The Jessamine County grand jury also returned the following indictments:
— Jeremy Bartlett, theft by unlawful taking, custodial interference.
— Donald Ellis, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Joseph Houp, first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Taylor Smith, first-degree promoting contraband, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree persistent felony offender.
— Derrick Stephens, first-degree promoting contraband, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana.
— Teresa Wiese, theft of identity, second-degree fleeing or evading police, public intoxication, first-degree persistent felony offender.
— Kristie Michelle Anderson, receiving stolen property.
— Troy Bullitt, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence.
— Shana Lynn Carpenter, theft by unlawful taking, first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Stephen Lee, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband, possession of marijuana.
— Andrew Morgan, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence (third offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, possession of marijuana.
— Terri Lynn Suter, driving under the influence (fourth offense), driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license (second offense), no insurance (second offense), no or expired registration plate.
— Rosalind White, theft of identity, second-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest.
— Jerold Wesson, third-degree burglary.
