•Nicholas J. Crespo, 23, 1029 Pinaok Drive, was arrested Oct. 21 at Short Shun and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.
The Jessamine County Sheriff Department served 31 warrants.
Nicholasville Police Department
•Kayla F. Brooks, 23, 303 South Third St., was arrested Oct. 23 at Spit Shine Car Wash and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and buy/possessing drug paraphernalia.
•Brandon J. McClain, 28, 225 Vanderbilt Drive, Lexington, was arrested Oct. 23 at Spit Shine Car Wash and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and buy/possessing drug paraphernalia.
•Timothy A. Arnold, 42, 3369 Union Mill Road, was arrested Oct. 22 at South Main Street and charged with failure to wear seat belts, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and buy/possessing drug paraphernalia.
•Dudley S. Brummett, 35, 190 Old Davidstown Road, Lancaster, was arrested Oct. 21 at 1024 North Main St. and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
•Scotty G. Wilhoite, 47, 105 Lauren Drive, was arrested Oct. 19 at North Main Street Long John Silvers and charged with driving on a DUI suspended license.
•Darin L. Ohair, 41, 500 Thames Circle, was arrested Oct. 19 at North Third Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
•Patrick Sparks, 37, 605 West Maple St., was arrested Oct. 19 at 100 Block Ross St. and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
•Matthew D. Moore, 29, 1501 South Main St., was arrested Oct. 18 at North Main Street and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, disregard signals of off direct traffic/fleeing, leaving scene of accident – failure to render aid or assistance and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.
•Gregory L. Smith, 51, 218 Longview Drive, was arrested Oct. 22 at 212 Twin Acres Road and charged with fourth-degree minor injury assault.
•Gilberto Flores, 36, South Main Street Extended, was arrested Oct. 23 at Nicholasville Bypass at South Main Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc, possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle and speeding 17 mph over.
The Nicholasville Police Department served 10 warrants.
