Jessamine bass teams standing out

Eight anglers from Jessamine County will compete in the nationals this weekend at Pickwick Lake in Alabama. Ridge Rutledge came in fourth at the Lake Barkley event.
East Jessamine High School had three teams in the top 10 at the bass tournament at Lake Barkley. Nathan Marshall and Braxton Lamb finished in fifth place. Marshall and Lamb continue to lead in the race for Angler of the Year with one event to go at Green River on July 14.

The coaching staff wants to wish good luck to all the teams going to nationals on July 23 at pickwick lake. Anyone wanting to donate for trip can contact head coach Mark marshall 859-351-3379.
