April 2

Kristin Lynn Harrison – Possession of controlled substances 1st-degree 1st offense (Heroin). Possession of controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (Methamphetamine). Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. 

April 3

Frederick A Hall – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. 

Jordan G Rector – Criminal trespassing 2nd-degree.

Joshua D Tejerina – Driving on a DUI suspended license 1st-offense. 

April 4

James S Lawrence – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

William C Frederick – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

Hillary Parks – Strangulation 1st-degree (domestic violence related). Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) no visible injury. Unlawful imprisonment 1st-degree. 

April 5

Angela M Byrd – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines. 

Jesse Fox – Operating on a suspended or revoked operating license. Failure of owner/operator to maintain required insurance. No registration plates.

April 6

Heather R Ebel – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

Vladyslav Bilan – Leaving scene of accident-failure to render aid or assistance. No registration plates. License to be in possession. Failure of owner/operator to maintain required insurance.
