August 26

• Aaron L Bryan – Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting. 

 

August 27

• Daniel C Griffett – Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting, and receiving stolen property of $10,000 or more. 
• Donald L Weinn – receiving stolen property of $10,000 or more. 

 

August 28

• Donald Harley Hagerman – Public intoxication or a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). 

 

August 29

• Michael Huntsinger – Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence).
• Robert Russell Carver – Alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st and 2nd offense), and disorderly conduct 2nd-degree. 
• Demarcus Simpson – Fleeing or evading police 1st-degree, possession of handgun by convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (Heroin), and wanton endangerment 1st-degree police officer. 

 

August 30

• Emily Golden – Strangulation, 1st-degree (domestic violence related), and assault 4th-degree (minor injury).
• Adley Mendez Rodriguez – Failure to or improper signal, disregarding traffic controlled dev-traffic light, obstructed vision and/or windshield, and trafficking in a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (less than 4 mg of cocaine).

 

September 1

• Sandra G Ratlff – Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting. 

 

September 2

• Rebekah Morrison – Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury. 
• Omer L Rishi – Operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and failure to or improper signal.
