A man was arrested for possession of 99 grams of suspected methamphetamine and a firearm on Tuesday, Dec. 12 in Nicholasville.

According to the Nicholasville Police Department, its Drug Enforcement Unit, in cooperation with the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Department, concluded an investigation that resulted in the arrest of Henry Perkins.

Among other offenses, Perkins was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree while in possession of a firearm.
