The Jessamine County Fiscal Court met on Tuesday, Feb. 7, for a regular meeting.

Here are the major points from the short meeting:

• The fiscal court approved the second reading of the Orpah Hicks property zone change, from A-1 to R-1. This is the final reading for the matter, and the zone change will soon be official.

• The fiscal court approved an invoice to the City of Nicholasville for the final pool improvements.

• The Jessamine County Highbridge Park tenant agreement passed.

And, an announcement from Judge Executive David West; Gov. Andy Beshear will be in the courthouse next Friday, Feb. 17, at 1 p.m. presenting ARPA money.

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 4 p.m. in the Jessamine County Court House.
