Twinkling lights, candy canes, greenery, and steaming hot cocoa…it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Jessamine County. Celebrate the season with Christmas jazz music at the library. On
Monday, December 12, join us at JCPL for a performance by Glenn and Lisa Ginn with special guest Ross Whitaker.

Mainstays of the local music scene, husband and wife duo Glenn and Lisa Ginn perform a unique blend of Americana music influenced by jazz and blues, country, gospel, and classic rock. Most recently, the Ginns’ inimitable sound has been heard in venues throughout Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio. The Ginns will be joined by Ross Whitaker, pedal steel guitarist, who frequently plays alongside the pair.

Monday’s performance is at 7 o’clock by the fireplace in the main library. While you’re here, enjoy a hot drink and optional holiday craft. No registration is required to attend.
