Bobby Ray Payne, Jr, 54, Fiancée of Amy Peavler Harrodsburg, Kentucky, died Monday, May 10, 2021, at the Ephraim McDowell James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital. Born Dec. 2, 1966, in Fayette County, he was the son of Kathy Locker. Bob was a member of the Chapel Hill Baptist Church and was an avid motorcycle rider. He was a pipeline laborer for the Laborers Local 189 Union in Lexington.
Survivors include his fiancée; Amy Peavler, daughter: Jessica Southerland; Biological mother, Kathy Locker, and many friends that he considered family. He was preceded in death by his adopted parents, Bob and Brenda Payne.
Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Saturday; May 15, at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, Kentucky. Which will lead up to a Memorial Service at 2 p.m., Conducted by Thaddeus Hart.
