NICHOLASVILLE POLICE
Charged
• Britney H. Wainscott, 38, of Brome Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Dec. 29 with fourth-degree assault.
• James Gosser, 61, of Grosser Street, Nicholasville, was served a criminal summons for first-degree possession of a controlled substance and a warrant for non-payment of fines Dec. 29.
• Rodney Scott Saylor, 46, of Lexington, was charged Dec. 28 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts). He was also served a Bell County warrant for contempt of court.
• James R. Travis, 64, of Alexandria Circle, Nicholasville, was charged Dec. 28 with fourth-degree assault.
• Marquies D. Wright, 36, of Green Street, Nicholasville, was charged Dec. 28 with fourth-degree assault and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
• Darrell Burkhart, 61, of Shun Pike, Nicholasville, was charged Dec. 29 with reckless driving and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Bryan M. Carter, 44, of Garnet Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Dec. 29 with public intoxication and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Dustin Stamper, 34, of Elmwood Court, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Dec. 31 with flagrant non-support.
• Auburn R. Bailey, 23, of Arbee Drive, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Jan. 2 for theft of identity.
• Anthony Estes, 46, of Palisades Heights, Nicholasville, was cahrged Jan. 3 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to wear seat belts and failure to maintain insurance.
• Lesha Turner, 50, of Lancaster, was charged Jan. 3 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to wear seat belts.
• Albert Maynard Jr., 55, of Hickory Hill Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Jan. 2 with fourth-degree assault.
• Reed Collin, 34, of East Linden, Wilmore, was charged Jan. 1 with second-degree burglary, resisting arrest, third-degree assault and terroristic threatening.
