Dr. John McDaniel, owner of Med-Save Pharmacy in Wilmore, will broadcast the City of Wilmore’s 2020 Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony via a Facebook Live event on the “Med-Save Pharmacy Wilmore” Facebook page at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5.

Anyone wishing to view the ceremony is encouraged to visit the Med-Save Pharmacy Wilmore page and click on the live event.

“Having the Wilmore Christmas tree on my Med-Save Pharmacy Wilmore property has been a real treat,” McDaniel said. “I love the sense of community and fellowship that the Tree Lighting Ceremony offers.

“Although we can’t gather in large groups this year because of COVID-19 restrictions, I’m happy to offer the Wilmore Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony Facebook Live event as an alternative, and I hope everyone has a chance to tune in and enjoy.”
