— Michael Walker, 45, of Rebel Road, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 14 with first-degree assault.

— Jessica L. Bowman, 27, of Harrodsburg, was charged Oct. 13 with driving under the influence (second offense), possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and second-degree wanton endangerment.

— John Allen Neal, 66, of Eisenhower Court, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 15 with driving under the influence and careless driving.

— Anthony W. Estes, 46, of Palisades Heights, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 18 with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Lesha Hope Turner, 49, of Lancaster, was charged Oct. 18 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Gregory L. McLean, 39, of Laurel Lane, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 14 with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

— Keith Wooton, 38, of Krypton, was charged Oct. 14 with driving under the influence and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Melinda Smith, 47, of Corman Road, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 17 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

— Robert Seth Williams, 18, of Lexington, was charged Oct. 18 with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended operator’s license and instructional permit violations.

— Richard Hush, 34, of Lake Street, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Oct. 18 for third-degree burglary (two counts) and possession of burglary tools.

— Lindsey Hurst, 41, of Lexington Road, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 16 with driving under the influence (second offense) and leaving the scene of an accident.

— Robert Neumann, 35, of Williamsburg Road, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 17 with being a fugitive from another state.

— Usbias Phillips, 33, of Portland Way, Nicholasville, was served an indictment warrant Oct. 17 for first-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), second-degree unlawful imprisonment and first-degree persistent felony offender.

— Thomas E. McFeely, 41, of Dogwood Court, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 16 with driving under the influence.
