Charged

— Davon Carter, 35, of Canada Hill Street, Keene, was charged Sept. 22 with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended operator’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Douglas Wayne Mulcahy, 65, of Harrodsburg, was charged Sept. 22 with driving under the influence.

— Danny Deering, 47, of Birch Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 24 with driving under the influence and driving on a suspended operator’s license.

— Daamir Saadiq, 31, of Garnett Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 24 with second-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree fleeing or evading police, attempted second-degree burglary and disorderly conduct.

— Ashley Bowman, 31, no address given, was charged Sept. 25 with public intoxication, trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Joshua L. Delcambre, 36, of Lee Dean Circle, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 26 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Jessica Courtney Helton, 39, of Angliana Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 25 with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and driving under the influence (second offense).

— Bradley Allen Steele, 60, of Lexington, was charged Sept. 25 with driving under the influence.

— Seth Hannon Mullis, 39, of Lexington, was served a warrant Sept. 26 for fourth-degree assault.

— David Gaddie, 54, of East Brown Street, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Sept. 27 for fourth-degree assault.

— John Robert Allen, 30, of Lancaster, was charged Sept. 27 with driving under the influence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and reckless driving.

— Johnny Locker, 39, of Floyd Court, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Sept. 28 for first-degree criminal mischief.

— Joel Daniel Lawson, 32, of Stonehaven Drive, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Sept. 28 for probation violation.

— Gabriel Clouse, 40, of Jessamine Avenue, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 29 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Jessica Baker, 25, of Lexington, was charged Sept. 27 with fourth-degree assault.
