Charged

— Jameson Michael Nesbit, 29, of 1220 Orchard Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 4 with first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree burglary. He was also served warrants for terroristic threatening (two counts) and second-degree criminal mischief.

— Timothy A. King, 27, of 503 Longview Drive, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Aug. 6 for fourth-degree assault and first-degree strangulation.

— Joseph G. Morris, 37, of 477 Collier Lane, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 6 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Scott Clarke Harp, 30, of Winchester, was charged Aug. 7 with speeding and driving under the influence.

— Jeffrey McLean, 36, of 410 S. Third St., Nicholasville, was served a warrant Aug. 8 for receiving stolen property.

— Declan Conor Keegan, 24, of Versailles, was charged Aug. 9 with careless driving, driving under the influence, failure to maintain insurance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— Cassey Simon, 40, of 170 Heritage Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 10 with fourth-degree assault.

— Michael L. Caudill, 34, of 111 Coconut Grove Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 10 with fourth-degree assault.
