Teresa Ann (Palmer) Mullins, 66, of Nicholasville, passed away Saturday, May 9th, at her home. She was the wife of Ralph Wade Mullins whom she married on July 17,1971. Teresa was born in Richmond, Kentucky on June 5, 1953. She was a daughter of the late Rollie and Ruth (Tuggle) Palmer. She was a member of the First Apostolic Church in Danville and loved spreading the word of God with everyone she met.

Survivors Include her loving and faithful husband of 48 years, Ralph Mullins; Daughter, Lori Ann Woods of Nicholasville; Two Sisters, Etta Sebastian of Melbourne, Fl and Lillian Stinnett of Nicholasville; Grandson, Benjamin Caleb Woods & Wife Brittany; A precious Great Grandson, Jackson Wayne Woods; Many friends and extended family members also survive.

In addition to her parents, Teresa was preceded in death by a Brother, Roy Kenneth Palmer, Sr.

Private Services will be held for the family with burial to follow at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
