Last week, Sept. 17 through 23, commemorated the signing of the Constitution of the United States of America with its 226th anniversary. The Jessamine County Fiscal Court declared the week Constitution Week at its regularly scheduled meeting where Judge Executive David West presented the local Daughters of the American Revelation with a plague.
