East Jessamine Middle School welcomed incoming sixth-graders for middle school 101 Aug. 1. While on campus, students were able to meet their new teachers, practice opening their lockers and enjoyed a lunch together. Parents were welcomed in the evening for Parent’s 101 to learn about what having a middle schooler means for their family and what to expect in the upcoming school year.
