Jessamine real estate sales reported at $32.3M

Residential real estate sales in Jessamine County for the first quarter 2018 were reportedly 132, totaling $32,265,600.
Residential sales increased 2 percent from reportedly 129 sales in the first quarter 2017, to 132 sales reported in first quarter 2018. The median sales price increased 13 percent from $161,900 in the first quarter 2017, to $183,147 in first quarter in 2018. The average days on the market decreased 7 percent from 57 days in the first quarter of 2017, to 53 days in the first quarter of 2018.
Residential sales in Jessamine County also decreased 15 percent from March 2017 totaling 53 sales, compared to 45 sales in March 2018. Pending sales decreased from 85 in March 2017 to 71 pending sales reported in March 2018. The median sales price increased from $150,000 in March 2017 to $213,000 in March 2018. New listings also decreased 28 percent this year, from 99 new listings in March 2017 to 71 new listings in March 2018.
