Kathy L. Moore, 40, of 257 Gainsville Drive, was served two out of county warrants at the listed address and upon officers making contact a search incident yielded a handbag within a purse that allegedly had the zippers locked, according to the citation.
Officers were able to pull the zippers apart and allegedly found paraphernalia within the bag. Once the lock was removed, officers removed multiple small clear bags, one of which allegedly contained residue of a white powdery substance.
