Jessamine County World War ll veteran, Creed Johns, recently became the county’s first inductee into the Kentucky Veterans Hall of Fame. Johns was notified of his achievement with a visit by Rep. Russ Meyer of District 39 and local veteran supporter and advocate, Doug Day.

The formal 2017 Kentucky Veterans Hall of Fame induction event will take place on September 28-30 2017, and be held at the Frankfort Convention Center.
