The Jessamine County Grand Jury convened on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2017 and returned the following indictments in open court on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2017:
• Jonathan Bolton — first-degree, fleeing of evading police; first-degree wanton endangerment; second-degree, persistent felony offender.
• Amahd Carter (Direct) & Michael Livingston — second-degree, criminal possession of a forged instrument (30 counts); false making of a credit card fraudulent use of a credit card; fraudulent use of a credit card, value less than $500; receiving goods or services obtained by fraud
• Brandon Collins — second-degree, escape
• Thomas Johnson (Direct) — first-degree, forgery; possession of forgery device; first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument (42 counts)
• Christopher Jones —first-degree, possession of a controlled substance; giving an officer a false name; first-degree, promoting contraband
• Andrew Lay — failure to comply with sex offender registration
• Randy Labonte — failure to comply with sex offender registration
• Jennifer Perez — first-degree, possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia
• Joseph Reynolds — flagrant nonsupport; first-degree, persistent felony offender
• Quincy Reynolds — first-degree burglary; first-degree, fleeing or evading police resisting arrest; third-degree, terroristic threatening; first-degree, persistent felony offender
• Harold Thomas — assault of a family member of member of an unmarried couple
• Andrew Vaughn — first-degree, robbery
• William Beam — first-degree, criminal mischief
• John A Cramer — kidnaping; first-degree, robbery; receiving stolen property, $500 or more
• Brian A. Durham — carrying a concealed deadly weapon; possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree, possession of controlled substance
• Zachary Jeslis (Direct) — first-degree, criminal mischief
• Jamison Ratliff —first-degree, criminal possession of forged instrument (2 counts)
• Bobby Ray Robinson, II & Floyd Robinson — second-degree, burglary
• Brandon Stewart — receiving stolen property, $500 or more
