Nicholasville Police Department

• Albert L. McKinney, 66, 119 Garden Park Drive, was arrested Jan. 13 at the home address and charged with tampering with physical evidence. 

• Charles H. Hullinger, 58,121 May Court, was arrested Jan. 14 at the home address and charged with fourth-degree assault. 

•  Austin Silvers, 23, 229 E Maple St., was arrested Jan. 14 at 201 Orchard Drive and charged with failure to illuminate head lamps, operating on suspended or revoked operating license, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and buy/possessing drug paraphernalia. 

• Joshua B. Buckler, 24, was arrested Jan. 15 at 208 Strawberry Lane and charged with fourth-degree assault and violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order/Domestic Violence Order.

• Bobby L. Noble, 31, 311 Vanlndingham Road, Salt Lick, was arrested Jan. 13 at 1015 N Main St. and charged with operating on a suspending or revoked license. 

• Charles Hall, 30, 555 Camp Daniel Boone Road, Lexington, was arrested Jan. 15 at 115 Southview Drive and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and second-degree disorderly conduct. 

• Emma Edwards, 51, 2341 Spurr Road, Lexington, was arrested Jan. 16 at 200 E Brannon Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.

• Amanda Carl, 26, 617 Central Ave., was arrested Jan. 16 at Walmart and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance. 

• Lloyd E. Dyer Jr., 45, 308 Corman Drive, was arrested Jan. 16 at Walmart and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.   

• Bengy W. Bowlin, 48, 119B Magnolia Way, was arrested Jan. 14 at South Main Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc, drug paraphernalia and no tail lamps. 

• Jonathan Mucker, 52, 110 North Central, was arrested Jan. 15 at North Central Ave. and charged with non payment of fines. 

• Breana M. Tillman, 22, 106 Circle Drive, was arrested Jan. 15 at Lake St. and charged with probation violation. 

• Debra Hall, 58, 109 Woodview Drive, was arrested Jan. 15 at Woodview Drive and charged with non payment of fines. 

• Brandon Tillman, 25, 106 Circle Drive, was arrested Jan. 15 at the home address and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.

• Summer Jones, 19, 324 Garden Park, was arrested Jan. 17 at 115 Southview Drive and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.

• Richard S. Wickline, 45, 1491 Townley Drive, Lexington, was arrested Jan. 12 at South Main Street and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance. 

• Brenda L. Lunsford, 30, 907 Booth Ave., Owensboro, was arrested Jan. 11 at 200 E Brannon Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500 and prescription of a controlled substance not in proper container. 

• Michael E. Spencer, 56, 135 Bass Pond Glenn, was arrested Jan. 12 at Nicholasville Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. 

• Jerome J. Sallis, 27, 1611 S Drake Ave, Chicago, Ili. was arrested Jan. 10 at 801 Beaufort Place and charged with fourth-degree assault. 

• Woodrow Gibbins, 27, 3705 Temple Drive, was arrested Jan. 9 at Shun Pike and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. 

• Malcomb Carpenter, 18, 3637 Sundart Drive, Lexington, was arrested Jan. 7 at 600 S Main St. and charged with second-degree burglary. 

• Kaitlyn Masters, 22, 1015 Logana Pike, was arrested Jan. 8 at Kohls and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. 

• William Mays, 27, was arrested Jan. 8 at Forrest Elliott Drive and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. 

• Dewayne A. Thacker, 41, 107 Briarwood Drive, was arrested Jan. 8 at Park Drive and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc, first-degree possession of a controlled substance a first-degree promoting contraband. 

• Denver R. York, 22, 126 Woodview, was arrested Jan. 10 at Edgewood Drive and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance. 

• Joseph Smith, 39, 1278 Lock 8 Road, was arrested Jan. 11 at 239 Green St. and charged with theft of identity of another without consent, theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500 and third-degree terroristic threatening. 

• Aaron Creech, 33, 113 Orange Blossom, was arrested Jan. 10 at Edgewood Drive and charged with operating on suspended or revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. 

• Tyler D. Jeffers, 18, 119 Garden Park, was arrested Jan. 13 at 510 N Main St. and charged with murder, first-degree wanton endangerment, tampering with physical evidence and receiving stolen property. 

The Nicholasville Police Department served 25 warrants.

• Douglas A. Fowler, 48, 115 Dove Run, was arrested Jan. 10 at 1245 Catnip Hill and charged with speeding 13 mph over, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license. 

• Ethan Scott Robinette, 18, 2845 Palumbo Drive, Lexington, was arrested Jan. 11 at Mackey and Smith Lane and charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police and leaving the scene of an accident. 

•James E. Wells, 44, 348 Ethworth Ave., was arrested Jan. 12 at 1640 Jessamine Station and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. 

The Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office served 35 warrants.
