—Chapel Hill Baptist Church will host an anniversary/revival featuring the Bluegrass Boys Quartet. —Cedar Top Baptist Church will host a pre-anniversary musical service at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 2. All are welcome. They will also be celebrating Pastor Anthony G. Givens on Sunday, Dec. 4. Guests for the morning worship service include Rev. Daniel Murphy, and the choir and congregation of First Baptist Church in Columbia, KY. Afternoon guests at 3:30 p.m. will be Dr. B.T. —Logana Baptist Church has changed its afternoon worship service time to 2:30 p.m. starting immediately and lasting until March. 

—A Christmas Holiday Market will be hosted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Dec. 3 at Mt Freedom Baptist on 100 S Lexington Ave, Wilmore. All crafts are handmade, call 858-3811 for information.

—A prayer meeting will be hosted every Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. at Sonlight Fellowship Church of God at 216 E. Oak St. Everyone is welcome. 

—Women’s Bible study will meet Thursday mornings from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Nicholasville Salvation Army located at 205 South 1st Street. —Saint Athanasius Orthodox Church, 100 Lime Lane, offers free bread to families and individuals in need in the Nicholasville area. Saint Athanasius distributes this bread, supplied by Panera Bread, every Sunday from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m.

—Providence Christian Church, 101 Providence Way, hosts a “Bodies in Motion” low-impact exercise class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 to 11 a.m.

—Walking With Love’s Laundry Love ministry is offered every third Tuesday of the month at 5 p.m. at Wildcat Laundry, 630 Edgewood Drive. Households of up to four people can do a double-load of laundry for free; households of more than four people can do a triple-load of laundry for free. Anyone can use the service, but each household is limited to using it once every three months. An I.D. will be requested in order to track how often households are using the service.

—Walking With Love Food Pantry at 220 Edgewood Drive is open from 12 to 2 p.m. and from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. every Wednesday.

—FREE meal offered from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday at 303 W. Maple Street in the Community Center of Nicholasville United Methodist Church.  The meal is a restaurant quality hot, nutritionally balanced meal.  Takeout meals are also available, one meal per person.  The meal is funded by freewill donations from churches, businesses and residents of Jessamine Co.  No one is ever asked to pay for their meal.  Volunteers are always welcome.
