Jessamine County grand jury convened Wednesday, Oct. 26, and returned the following indictments and results in open court on that day:
•Jerry D. Bates — theft of identity of another
•Cali Fellers — second-degree forgery (two counts); second-degree criminal possession of forged instrument
•Andrew C. Hurt — first-degree possession of a controlled substance
•Lawrence Miller — theft by unlawful taking; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; prescription drug not in proper container
•Candice Sparkman and Johnny Goforth — first-degree possession of a controlled substance; fraudulent use of a credit card, over $500 (Sparkman)
•Julie Brock — theft by unlawful taking, value $500 or more
•Edward Bryant — receiving stolen property, value of $500 or more; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; first-degree possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree persistent felony offender
•Stephen Lunsford and Ashley Wells —first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (Wells); possession of synthetic marijuana (Wells)
•Johnny Powell — first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia
•Daniel Rotunda — driving on suspended license; receiving stolen property, value $500 of more; theft of motor vehicle registration plate; second-degree persistent felony offender
•Tonya Sebastian — first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia
•Stacie Smith and Michael Gilbert — first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; possession of marijuana; receiving stolen property, firearm; felon in possession of a handgun; first-degree persistent felony offender
•Richard Williams — operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th of subsequent offense; possession of drug paraphernalia
